MOD Oxynergy
Oxynergy is a refreshing alternative to dull routine exercise, it�s a complete workout package which includes high energy, heart thumping, adrenaline pumping whole body workouts with interesting twists, hip music and an ultra cool vibe to it.

Not to mention that the classes will be lead by super hot instructors that�ll not only get you pumped up but you�ll also enjoy the classes to the max.

Oxy-B-Interval
An interval training that specially made for body shape and tone.

Oxy-B-Fit
A fun training that that combined both cardiovascular & Muscle Conditioning.

Oxy-B-Sculpt
A total body muscle conditioning workout. Best for toning muscles, firming the body and shape sculpting.

OxyFirm
A high-intensity workout that combines two 20 minutes segments � fast paced moves with an intermediate-paced muscle conditioning section.

Oxy-M-Fashion
A combination of high energy moves, incorporating jumps and hops in an upbeat rhythmic flow.

Oxy-Motion

MOD Rhythmars
If you�re into martial arts then you�re in luck, we have a category of classes that�s created just for you.

It�s a little of this and that, kicks, punches, chops and flips combined with aerobics moves. You�ll enjoy this class so much you�ll come back for seconds.

Learn some kung fu while you tone up and bust some fat.

RM-A-Box
An intense full-body workout that uses skills from martial arts, boxing & kicking to increase cardiovascular fitness , shape up body, tone up muscle & burn calories.


MOD In
Spot lights, groovy music and sexy moves, and of course, not forgetting, toning and shaping up your figure, is what MOD In is all about.

Though less conventional, its nonetheless a fun and effective workout.

Work your way to a hot body by swinging to the graceful and beautiful moves.

Belly
Belly dance is a modern and extremely general term referring to a wide range of dance styles found throughout the world. It is a terrific low-impact aerobic exercise that tones body, improves posture, enhances self-esteem and increases energy levels.

Jazz
Sexy dance move that contain power of the beauty and strength. Extending the whole body through dance move.

Latin
Latin dance includes a wide range of dances originating in Latin America, Puerto Rico and Cuba. Examples include the Cha-cha-cha, Rumba, Samba, etc.

Salsa
Salsa dance in couple mostly. It�s Hot, Spicy and full of exotic Latin flavor.

Urban Street
A freestyle street dance that combination of locking, popping, breaking dance moves.


MOD B.M.S.
When the stress or life is starting to get to you, take some time off to hibernate by indulging in this art form from ancient India, which enhances posture, coordination and mental focus, improve flexibility, strength and balance, and also creates a calming sensation.

It�s about poise, balance and being in peace with yourself. Yoga will ultimately, lead you into a journey which rejuvenates the body, replenishes your energy and releases the mind.

Con Gentle
Gentle and Easy exercise for core muscle. Learn to balance and control of the body. It helps one�s posture, balance, strength and flexibility.

Con Mix
A highly intense form of physical and mental conditioning, focusing on the body�s powerhouse, abdomen, back and rear. Flowing movements are executed as one focuses on the centering of the body.

Con Power

UnioCon
The class aims to energize the body & mind, rejuvenate tired muscles and combat stress. A gentle workout focuses on strengthening deep abdominals, hips, back and buttocks.

UnioPower
A high- beat, high energy workout employing strong flowing movements and dynamic breathing techniques. Improves flexibility, concentration, physical and mental strength.

UnioHot
It helps the body to sweat out toxins while allowing the practitioner to safely come deeper into poses or stretches in a heated environment.

UnioInterval
The dynamic flowing movements help increase metabolism & blood circulation , improves flexibility, promote relaxation, encourages concentration & calms the mind to release stress.

UnioSun&Moon
It concerned chiefly with the regulation of breathing by exercises consisting of various postures designed to maintain healthy functioning of the body and to induce mental calm.

UnioPost
A union of body and mind. Learn the breathing exercises and poses. It awakens the body by moving each joint in the body through its full range of motion - stretching, strengthening and balancing each part.

UnioYin
Yin yoga targets connective tissue, specifically ligaments and tendons in the joints and spine. It can be quite challenging due to the long duration of the poses.


MOD Essence
Ladies, get a little more adventurous for these classes are specially designed for you.

MOD Essence is a collection of pole dance classes, each with its unique combination of different moves and flavour to it.

So, be a little bold, hold on to your pole, strut your stuff and take center stage.

EssFit
EssFit increase awareness of the benefits to general strength and fitness using poles. This form of exercise increases the core and general body strength by using the body itself as a resistance, while toning the body as a whole.

EssSexy
This class is a combination of Sexy Jazz moves with basic pole dance skills.

EssStreet
A mix between Urban Street and Pole Dance, a highly energetic dance.


MOD Accelerator
A.G.C. (Accelerator Group Cycling)
Accelerator Group Cycling is riding on our unique Techno Gym Group Cycle.

This class will prepare riders to participate and feel comfortable in the cycling classes. You will learn the basics of bike set-up, hand positions, body position.

This class provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Participation in the program will enhance your speed, strength and stamina, improve your overall physical health and increase your caloric burn.
